Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping as standard on all artwork orders (Original Artworks & Art Prints), including international shipments.

Lead Time: Orders typically ship within 2-3 working days and you will receive notification when shipped.

Packaging: Smaller pieces are shipped in a rigid mailer, while larger pieces are shipped in a fortified tube to prevent damage.

Return Policy: We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Under English Law, you have the right to cancel any online order up to 14 days after online receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@gaiaartworks.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photos of the shipping box, and detailed shots of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contact@gaiaartworks.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the standard process described above. 

International Taxes and Duties:  Once your order arrives in the destination country, local guidelines apply. Import taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the customer's responsibility.
