In Tibetan and Sanskrit, Sati generally refers to mindfulness or awareness, reflecting the practice of maintaining awareness and presence in the moment. It also has connotations of truth and adherence to one’s principles.

Mindfulness and self-awareness are deeply intertwined with Chakra healing through their shared emphasis on mental clarity, spiritual balance, and inner harmony. The concept of Chakras originates from ancient spiritual practices, believed to date back around 2,700 years. Chakras are centres of energy within the human body, aligned along the spine – creating a central flow of energy. 

Each chakra is associated with different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These energy centres are thought to influence various aspects of one's life and health. Understanding and addressing the energy dynamics within the body and their balance is considered crucial for holistic harmony.

The Pulu collection, a tribute to the beauty of tiny insects. 'Pulu', meaning insect in my native Kodava language, reflects a childhood spent exploring gardens with a magnifying glass, captivated by these miniature wonders. As an adult, the sight of a ladybug still brings joy, the hum of a bee conjures thoughts of honey and flowers, and the intricate wings of a dragonfly continue to amaze me.
